Our staff have that thirst for knowledge which has enabled us to grow, even though our assertions appeared bold. When we created Diapason, the commodities field was still something of a backwater. But we were convinced that the situation would rapidly change, and we were soon proven correct in that insight.

Through numerous conferences and academic articles, we contribute to the advancement of knowledge within the branch. The conference presentations and press articles of Robert Balan and Stephan Wrobel are followed particularly closely by investors. Our unusual business path and the perspicacity of our intuitions are arousing more and more interest, which in turn fuels our desire to advance further along the path we have marked out for the company.

Diapason publishes a weekly research email, the Commodities Insight Weekly, which provide a comprehensive and synthetic view of commodities and financial markets. A bi-weekly research paper the Commodities & Markets Focus is produced with in-depth analysis of key macro-economic factors, commodity fundamentals and market conditions. Diapason realises also ad-hoc reports on commodities such as the structure of the forward curve and its impact in portfolios (see Special Report).
